high End Consignment

We take apparel & accessory consignment.  Part of our ministry work is to conserve vintage and creative handiwork including art to wear & fashion pieces and share them forward to bless and inspire.

We are always interested in 100% silk, 100% cashmere, 100% wool, coats & furs, most leathers, and high quality vintage pieces.  Anything from the before 90s is usually highly desirable and likely need conservation attention.  We do lite repair and restoration work as well.

We also are interested in improving our plus size selection to match the higher quality that is easier found in smaller sizing.

We delight in your generosity and want to encourage you and help supply what you need.  We will happily discuss your situation without judgment & in a spirit of helping!  If we cannot take merchandise at a given time, we will arrange or help point you towards other options.

THANK YOU for your consideration!

Consigned items are subject to a percentage withheld cost for being displayed and sold at the market that will be deducted from monthly payments. Payments are calculated after the close of the month.  Paypal, or checks will be issued.
Consigned pieces that are accepted and sold are divided at 50% of the pre-tax sale amount to the owner of the item, 40% to store expenses, 10% to the Mission & Ministry.
Pricing of items, all merchandising and displaying, and inclusion in the for-sale stock of items is the responsibility and prerogative of the store owners and operators.
Consignors will be notified if their item is no longer in season / being displayed for sale.  Consignors are welcome to come and remove the item for use next appropriate season/ sell on their own.  Items not collected within 30 days of notice become store property to remove, donate, or utilize for future sales.  All items, once the period of notice is past, once the item is donated/ stored will become the full property of the store with 100% of future sales of that item going to the store.  (If you require accommodation, please simply let us know - illness, hospitalization, snow birds will be assisted.)  Donation receipts are available for the full donation value to the ministry for tax purposes of anything you donate to the ministry. We simply have no space to store items for others that are not being sold.
This is first and foremost and at all times a ministry of blessing and encouragement.  Selling price is flexible and variable for that purpose.  We do not engage in significant markdowns /sales, though we do bless customers with discounts when appropriate.  The purchase amount is the amount paid in the sale - not always the tagged price.  And tagged prices are sometimes adjusted based on market research if our initial pricing become apparently inappropriate for this market.  If you would like to discuss the price of each of your items please set an appointment in advance in order to ensure availability of the management to do so.
Managing tax ramifications for payments for sales are entirely the responsibility of the consignor.  The store will pay the sales tax on each item as it is collected.
Inventory is managed only insofar as we put out stock onto the selling area - we do not experience theft and your items are yours to monitor if you so desire to manage what is in the store - we do not track inventory.
In case of disaster, the value of your consigned items will NOT be covered or reimbursed, nor will the inventory of what is lost be tracked by the market and ministry.  If you desire to keep records of your individual pieces that is up to you to manage and insure if your choose to engage in the work and cost of doing business for yourself. (We do not intend to be a large consignment business - this is a very small operation and intend to work in kind.)
