Garments of praise

(The Spirit of the Lord is upon us to...)
To grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.  Isaiah 61:3

I have relished my time in Isaiah throughout the last year.  It has brought me immense strength from the Lord's posture from Ancient of days.  

The Lord desires us to be whole, blessed, healed, and adorned as one beloved... so that we can be agents of wholeness, blessing, healing, and even adornment of our beloved sisters (and brothers -men's dept is coming!)

I am so grateful the Lord is not stingy or cold, cruel or denigrating.  We delight in the humility of sharing beautiful reclaimed apparel, and the Lord adorns us with the blessings of doing so!
